Your Passport will be kept on file, so there's no card to carry, your stays will be recorded for you. So relax, explore and enjoy all Sheridan House has to offer!
Details: A "stay" refers to a reservation, not the number of nights within that reservation. Effective August 1, 2015. It is not retro-active and cannot be applied toward stays prior to this date. There is no limited time to complete your 12 stays. Luxury and Exquisite Guest Room stays are counted equally. All regular stays are counted, including those with a special offer or package applied. Stays with Military, Government or Corporate discounts applied will not be counted. After 11 stays, the half-off discount will be applied to one night, at the regular rate, during your twelfth stay.
All rates are based on double occupancy; each additional guest is $25.00 per day. Our facility is non-smoking and cannot accommodate pets. Failure to adhere to either of these policies could result in the assessment of damage charges. (Minimum of $300.00). Check in time is 3:00 p.m., guests must vacate the room by 12:00 noon on the check-out date. Failure to vacate the room by the check-out time will result in the assessment of additional room chargers; unless other arrangements have been made and pre-approved. With my (guest's) signature, I agree to be personally responsible for all charges incurred on my account including extra guests, cleaning fees, additional linen changes and property damage that may occur during my stay. Any charges which are not settled in full at time of check-out will be placed on my credit card. I hereby release Sheridan House Hotel from all liability if I choose to utilize any of the facilities on this property. Sheridan House Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to any valuables. Sheridan House Hotel is privately owned and operated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 hour notice is required. Otherwise you will be subject to a one night room and tax penalty. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. We are looking forward to your stay, if you have any questions feel free to contact us!
